Hi, I’m looking for someone experienced with Fisher & Paykel DishDrawer dishwashers to diagnose and repair my current unit. Model: Fisher & Paykel DD60SDFX9 Product code: 81215-C Serial: NHG279757 Issue: the dishwasher is not draining properly. There is standing water at the bottom, and when powered on it makes a very loud whirring/fan-like noise. I’ve already cleaned and checked the filter/pump area multiple times and can’t see any obvious blockage. Possible issue seems to be either: * blocked drain path / hose / sink connection * jammed or failed drain pump / rotor / impeller * possible flood sensor / leak fault state I’m looking for someone who can: 1. Diagnose the issue properly 2. Check the drain hose, sink connection and pump/rotor area 3. Confirm whether it needs a drain pump/rotor replacement or another part 4. Repair it if possible, ideally on the same visit if parts are available Please only offer if you have experience with Fisher & Paykel DishDrawers or similar dishwasher repairs. Our dish drawer is making a very weird noise, it’s stuck on Rinse and we can’t get it off. It’s a fisher and paykel dish drawer. I can send a video but can’t upload to this app. We would like to get someone out asap as we want to have a dishwasher for the weekend. Thank you

We have a new dishdrawer that needs a new panel (the controls are inside the drawer and not outside. the photo shows the controls from the old dish drawer).We also need the new panel re-aligned to match the adjacent cabinets. I am experiencing a malfunction with my Fisher and Paykel DD60D9 Double DishDrawer™ Dishwasher. Over the past two weeks, it has displayed several error codes: F54, F51, and F1. The primary issue arises with the lower drawer, which fails to seal properly, resulting in water leaking into the main pan even when the drawer is empty. I have conducted preliminary checks and confirmed that the actuators and motors are functioning correctly; I removed and rotated them to test their operation. However, I have noticed that the bottom right side of the sealing mechanism does not engage properly, while the left side operates as intended. Additionally, I have cleaned the electrical plugs to remove any oxidation and thoroughly inspected all tubes and pipes for cracks or damage, but found none. Despite these efforts, the sealing issue persists, leading to ongoing leaks.

Visit and identify the issue with the dishwasher. The Dish Drawer has been randomly making noises for a few months. This weekend it turns on and works fine but just keeps going/doesn't stop the program properly. First time it was sorted by turning it off and resetting the cycle. Needs to be repaired or another solution found potentially a replacement if can’t be fixed. Needs a qualified electrician with experience of these products. The dish drawer has a cover to match the kitchen cupboards as shown. Open to offers

Looking to install a dishdrawer in my kitchen. It’s a small space so will need to rejig the kitchen cupboards/remove some drawers to make it fit. Too long to fit on the cupboard next to the fridge. Looking for someone with a bit of carpentry skill - hopefully we don’t need to remove the bench top to adjust the cupboards below but open to advice. Fisher & Paykel Integrated Single Dishdrawer DD60Si9 Dishdrawer is not closing properly (see pic 1). There is no issue at all with the machine. The dishwasher still works perfectly, but I have to put a pressure on the door (or push the door manually) so it stays closed (see pic 2), allowing the machine to work. The second I release my hand, the door will return back to its normal position (not closed properly, see pic 3), and the washing cycle will be paused until I put another pressure to it, and it will work just fine. I would prefer the work to be done on a Wednesday, Friday, or on the weekends. However, I'm pretty flexible, so if you're up for it, feel free to suggest another day that fits your schedule! :) - Due date: Flexible
