I someone who is experienced with lifting cooktops safely. I need to obtain the cut out measurements for a new cooktop to be installed.

Task 1&2. Install a gas cooktop and electric oven, remove and dispose existing appliances. Task 3. replace 4x existing down lights in bathrooms with led downlights. You need to supply 3 down lights ( we have one) task 4. Install 2 daisy chain ceiling lights in living room. Existing wiring to the first light, new wiring to the 2nd light. We will supply 2x dimmable led lights, you will need to supply a dimmer switch. See pictures with descriptions.

Task 1 - Need gas decommissioned for cooktop so we can upgrade to induction. Need qualified plumber. We will upgrade the cooktop ourselves, so quote only for switching the gas off. Task 2 - Also looking to possibly remove the mixer tap in the bathroom IF it can be done without damaging the tiles and waterproofing. Cracked the current ceramic 4 plate cooktop and I need to replace it with a new one I've bought, should be exact same dimensions. Will need to disconnect old one from power and connect new one. There's a switch on the bench top to turn the power off to the unit. Took the guy that installed this one about 5-10mins.

We need a reliable and proficient installer of 3 new kitchen appliances. Pickup 3 new appliances from local retailer, install these and remove/dispose of 3 the old appliances.
