Honestly Jono was amazing, he care to make sure the job is done right is something rare you find in a tradie. I read other reviews about his communication and its all true, I made a large mistake and he picked up on it before even getting to site which saved a lot of heartache. I also delayed him by a day which he didn't charge me for. If only all tradies where like Jono it would make the renovating experience so much better.

We installed Hafele under sink bins 15 years ago as part of a full reno. Everything is still in good condition but the runners that are attached to the sides of the cabinet are damaged. The ball bearings are falling out and the cabinetry holding the bins doesn’t pull out properly. I’m looking for someone who can help source the correct replacement runners (or rails, not sure what they’re called) and install them. For reference, we have a five bins system and it measures around 570w x 700d x 750h.
Ian did a great job. We had good communication leading up to the job and he went the extra mile to make sure it was done right.
