Heir washing machine drain system not working may be due to some blockage

Two Jobs: Job 1: Dishwasher (Miele) The dishwasher is showing an “Open/Dropcock” error message. Previously it had a drainage/filter issue, which was fixed. However, after some time, the same error has appeared again. We have already checked the water inlet valve and it is fully open, and there is no visible blockage. At this stage, the issue may be related to a faulty internal part (possibly inlet valve, pump, or sensor). Needs diagnosis and repair. Job 2: Washing Machine The washing machine is still working normally, but the large rubber door seal (rubber gasket) has been damaged (chewed by a dog), causing a minor leak during operation. Need replacement of the door rubber seal. Model details are in the attached photo.
