Looking for a licensed electrician (and gas fitter if required) to complete a kitchen appliance upgrade. Scope Remove existing gas cooktop. Permanently cap existing gas supply. Supply and install dedicated circuit, RCBO and isolation switch for new induction cooktop. Install new induction cooktop (supplied). Remove existing rangehood and overhead cabinets above it. Install new canopy rangehood (supplied). Supply and install ducting through roof space. Make good any exposed ceiling/wall areas after cabinet removal. Provide Certificate of Electrical Safety. Notes Single-storey home with roof access. Induction cooktop and rangehood already purchased. Photos attached. Please provide a fixed-price quote and advise any exclusions. Optional: Separate price for roof-mounted extraction fan.

I need a gas plumber to come remove the old cooktop and connect the cooktop as in the picture. also I have one leak int he toilet and that needs to be fixed as"Identify leak from the rear toilet connection. Remove the existing toilet and cut back any damaged earthenware pipework. Convert the pipework to PVC. Install a new 100mm pan collar with a rubber seal. Reinstall the existing toilet and test to ensure correct operation and no leaks."
