I have a Miele gas cooktop measuring 58*52cm. The igniter is functioning and gas is being released. When the knob is pressed, it ignites and a flame is produced. However, the flame extinguishes as soon as the knob is released. My tenant reports that she has attempted to clean it, but the flame still won't remain lit.
