As stated, freezer works but the main section is not cooling. Have tried unplugging with doors open for 20 hours but still no good.

Both the fridge and freezer need new seals provided and installed. It's a Samsung Cool tech freezer & refrigerator.freezer seal is 72cmw X 53cm, fridge is 72cm X 105cm

Hi I have an issue with Hiber storage freezer. The compressor sign doesnt stop and temp on disp stays at -3 even after not opening the door for 12 hrs. Pic attached

Fisher and Pakyl Freezer was making frequent fizzing/ cracking noise coming from the bottom (freezer area). I've turned it off from the mains because it sounded electrical. Not sure if this can be fixed or if the fridge/freezer has just had its day.

Ice maker is producing ice but the metal coil that moves the ice and opening the hole is not operating. Let me know It’s Samsung Model number DA99-00494B I have blocked off the ice hole which isn’t closing for now and keeping the freezer cool so no leaking. Just won’t push the ice out even though it’s filled up with ice. Have defrosted

Fridge freezer running too cold. Freezer at least -20 when set to -14. Checked thermostat in freezer with multimeter and that is working. Fridge in bottom part also too cold. Middle and top ok. Model WBE5300SC

This freezer is situated in a store, and was closed for a month, when we switched it on, it started heating instead of cooling, I think its gas refill, please help me fix it.

The problem is with the freezer’s seal. We had multiple leaks occurring but the freezer was still working as the food was frozen when we checked and there’s still ice inside. We noticed the seal was old and not in good condition and replaced it with a new one. Unfortunately the seal still seem to not work properly, there’s not enough pressure when we close the door. The leaks now occur randomly, it was okay for a week and then it started again, probably because we didn’t put enough pressure when closing the freezer. But we feel like something is wrong and we hope you can help us figuring it out.

Our Gorenje integrated refrigerator beeps every 24 hours reflecting the left side freezer is not at temp. Doors appear to be sealing fine. No issues on the right side. Hoping for someone with Gorenje parts and experience to troubleshoot the fault and fix.
