Existing house - Need a gas point for an oven relocated to the other side of the kitchen (Approx 4m) and connect oven in new location. Pipework needs to run under house. House is on stumps and the floor is timber floorboards. The cavity under the house is 400-500mm and the access hatch to get under the house is at the kitchen (All works are within 3m of the entry hatch) Will require compliance certificate once complete. I need an experienced cabinet maker/handyman to modify existing kitchen cabinetry to accommodate a standard dishwasher. The job includes: - Altering/removing part of the existing base cabinet to create a suitable opening for a dishwasher. - Adjusting or relocating cabinet panels/doors as required for a neat, finished appearance. - Installing a new electrical power point for the dishwasher (must be completed by a suitably licensed electrician if required). - Ensuring the dishwasher cavity meets standard size and ventilation requirements. - Making good any visible cabinet edges and matching the existing finish as closely as possible. The attached photos show the current kitchen layout. The preferred dishwasher location is under the benchtop near the sink to allow easy connection to water supply and drainage.
