Miele M 8261-2 built-in microwave, purchased around 2015. Microwave powers on and appears to operate normally, but does not heat food. We have already reset the power at the circuit breaker and the problem remains. Looking for an experienced microwave/appliance repair technician, preferably with Miele experience, to diagnose and repair if economical. Insert new part (supplied) Escea DF960 due to burnt winding. Escea DL/AF/DF Kupo Valve Kit (P/N 801261)replace Teddington valve is obsolete; Kupo is replacement that’s supplied (fireplace open and ready and I can put back after the gas part is fitted correctly) not sure if extra screw part needed to fit? But will need to be fitted correctly from you

The milk frother on our Delonghi La Specialista is working at about 25% of how it used to. Some heat/steam is coming out of it but inconsistently and without pressure.

The knob on the oven is stuck and won’t turn off. It will still push in and turn to turn the temperature up (has about 90deg rotation) but gets stuck moving into the up position. Have already tried lubricating and turning with pliers with no luck. Appliance repairer required. Brand Chef

Have a Creatista machine that is not sealing properly when I put a pod in. It won’t pierce the pod and then water runs into pod bin and under machine.
