Need a new washing machine to be installed

Not sure what’s actually wrong with my washing machine but it doesn’t seem to finish washing cycles and drying component is not working as well.

Fridge repair — SAMSUNG SR294MIS Fridge has stopped cooling properly / making ice / and is not properly regulating. Started around 1 week ago. Freezer is still working Looking for someone to diagnose and repair. Happy to buy any parts needed. Flexible on timing — weekday evenings / weekends. Fridge is in the kitchen, easy access. Parking available out front.

Need a hand connecting new gas bottle and taking down the old one. Haven’t done it before and don’t have the time unfortunately to attempt doing it safely.

Replace rangehoods. Take out old one. Put new one. New rangehood provided

Simpson SWT 8034 is leaking water from the bottom left corner a few mins after intake but not when draining. External inlet valves and hoses seem dry. Can't see any leak from inlet valve or upper hoses.

When power came back on fridge doesn’t work it’s a Samsung 4-5 years old

Thermomix is tripping power when running

Replace the front loader washing machine seal as the current one has a split in it and is causing machine to leak. I already have the replacement seal. Need this replaced and made water tight.

We have two issues at this property that we need to resolve 1.) We would like the washing machine to be able to connect to a plastic outgoing pipe with a nipple for the washing machine disposal pipe. The outgoing pipe is currently not having a nipple. 2.) The shower has water coming out both the bath faucet and the showerhead simultaneously. This results in weak pressure, we would like the switch to properly mitigate the flow to either/or

Need to install a new slide out rangehood in kitchen. Currently a Blanco BRS60PX (60cm). I need to either go and purchase a replacement or option to options if you also supply the rangehood.

My rangehood continuously beeps after being turned on. The only way of turning the beeping off is to turn the safety switch off to the house for 10minutes. The fans/lights do not turn on, the display just flashes. I would like someone to fix the problem.
