Hi, I am hoping someone can fix my vertical toaster, toaster heats up but bread won’t pops out after toasting because the chain which turn the motor not working. Any help would be appreciated.

Scope of work: Build and install a new heat‑resistant shelf directly above the oven to create a usable cupboard space (see photos). Ensure the shelf is properly supported on both sides and at the back, and safely clear of the oven ventilation. Replace/repair the damaged vertical cabinet edges and front trims around the oven opening so it looks neat and finished.
