He clearly explained what the problems were and answered all of my questions. He was friendly, professional, and very helpful throughout the visit. I have a Bosch Series 8 Dryer . When I put to cotton program timer goes to 3:02 and run for couple of minutes and goes to 0:01 and run for one minute and stop.
