I need a plumbing provision for a Dishwasher as a standalone machine in the Kitchen. See the attached photo. Power point connection is already there. Ideally there shouldn't be any pipes visible (Behind the Dishwasher is a Garage area so shouldn't be impossible)

The house is old and the gas equipment include ducted heating and cooling, gas hot water system and gas cooktop. There is a gas leak. Your job is to locate and fix the gas leak.

I have a fridge which is an LG GB-450UPLX bottom-mount freezer model. The bottom of the top fridge door is now rubbing on the top of the bottom freezer door. So need the door levelled, possibly washer replacement, etc.

The cabinetry has been prepared, but some minor cleaning of the space is required during installation. ​Scope of Work: ​Oven Removal & Prep: ​Disconnect and remove the existing 45cm white oven. ​Install a standard power point in this original cavity to accommodate a microwave. ​New Oven Installation: ​Relocate Power: Extend the oven power circuit from the old location to the new 60cm cavity (right of the dishwasher). ​Cavity Clean-up: Remove the old metal drawer runners, remaining screws, and nails currently inside the new 60cm cavity to ensure the new oven slides in flush. ​Install: Hardwire and install the new 60cm oven. ​General Electrical: ​Supply and install 4 new double power points across the living room and bedrooms. ​Requirements: ​Please bring tools to remove old drawer hardware/screws from the cabinet. ​I will provide the new 60cm oven.

My Simpson 4.5kg EZIloader clothes dryer has stopped spinning. It still heats. But no longer spins. I think the dryer drum belt may be broken.

Remove the old Vulcan gas heater to obtain accurate measurements for a potential replacement with a new electric heater. The gas supply has already been disconnected by a licensed plumber. I would like the unit to be safely disconnected and removed.
