Replacing rangehood with same model. Removal straight forward. No wiring as is plug in but must be a certified electrician. If you are not licensed do not quote as you need to provide your electrical certificate.
Brendan presented a very reasonable quote but delivered beyond expectation in all aspects of his communication and service. Managing access to conduct work around tenants is never straight forward but Brendan also showed flexibility and was very punctual that tenants also praised his craft.

Our fridge has been beeping at us and now we’ve noticed that the freezer food (like ice cream) is melting and defrosting. Though the ice is still frozen… The fridge is also not feeling very cold… The dishwasher power button doesn’t click in anymore. We have to tape it on for it to stay on.
