Looking for an experienced commercial refrigeration technician to inspect and ideally repair two machines at the same location in Clarendon Shopping Centre, South Melbourne. 1. Commercial display fridge The fridge is running but the temperature is not decreasing / it is not cooling properly. I have already cleaned the filter and condenser as much as possible, but it hasn’t improved. I have temporarily placed ice packs inside. 2. PolyCool commercial ice machine The machine fills with water and the refrigeration side appears to be working — I can hear it running and the evaporator/metal section gets cold — but it is not producing ice. It may be a water circulation/pump issue or blockage, but this needs to be diagnosed. Ideally looking for one person who can inspect and repair both during the same visit. Looking for an experienced appliance repairer inspect and a water leak from my refrigerator. I’ve already cleared and cleaned the drip tray near the motor/compressor at the back, but water is still leaking. I have a Fisher & Paykel DishDrawer, model DD60SI7. It runs through the cycle but is not draining properly at the end, leaving water sitting in the bottom of the drawer. The draining/pump sound has also become noticeably louder than usual, as though the pump is trying to drain the water but is unable to do so. I’m looking for an experienced appliance technician to diagnose the problem and repair it if economical. Dish washer seems to have stopped working effectively. It’s a Miele dishwasher and there’s a pipe that’s come loose (which I think could be the issue). May be something else, but hoping for someone experienced in this field to come out and service / fix the dishwasher.

Move a washing machine from lounge room into bathroom & connect it. I have the hoses. You’ll have to move some furniture around to get it through because it’s a very small apartment. Bathroom door probably needs to be removed & put back on to get the machine through (I think the hinges pop out - it’s a fairly new apartment). Also need to put the lightweight dryer on top.
