Hello, Our old house doesn't have a rangehood or fan ventilation for the cooktop, just a hole above the oven into he ceiling. We want to put in an exhaust fan or whatever you suggest the best option. The other issue is the hole just goes into the ceiling, so it would need to be ducted to the outside I imagine. There is also a dead rat in the cavity that needs to be removed. I'm not sure if this would be a handyman or electrician job Thanks for reading!

The oven door on our De Dietrich oven keeps popping off. It can be clicked back together but still seems to come.off again too easily. All parts seem to be in good working condition, just feel like there is something not clicking into place.

We have bought a new oven that is a stand alone oven with a seperate stove top. We need someone to build and install a bench top insert. Does not need to match the rest, as a new bench top tile is going over the whole thing.

We're replacing our stand alone oven and bench top stove. When we removed the old Chef electric oven, we had to cut the wires. Cabinet maker will be creating the space prior to the oven being connected.
