Pressure limiting valve. Hot water has one, but need one on the metre. Gas line is leaking. Plumber isolated, so need a plumber to test the gas line to determine where the leak is, and fix it.

Dryer spinning but not heating

Add a new tap for a washing machine

Hello, I need some help connecting my washing machine in the laundry by a licensed plumber. At the moment, there doesn’t seem to be a proper inlet tap for the washing machine, so I think we might need to install a splitter (maybe a 3-way or dual outlet tap?) off the existing water line. Ideally, this shouldn’t affect the hot water line, even though the hot water system is currently not working. I haven’t purchased any parts yet — could you please let me know in advance what fittings or connectors I should get from Bunnings Warehouse? Thanks a lot!
