I got an old gas heater and it’s not working. We can turn it on, but it last 10 min and doesn’t heat anymore. Also the heating is really low. I am painting the house with my family and this house is freezing so I’m trying if possible to get someone to make it work today. Also I have an old tank water heater that wasn’t working, I turned it on and now has like some fumes going out, so maybe that one needs maintenance too

Hey, We have had our replacement integrated dishwasher delivered and need it installed. Existing dishwasher is integrated so will need to have cabinet door moved over also.

Original Hills Hoist Winder mechnism is broken. Turning it does not lift the internal pole and top section up anymore. The top can be raised easily enough by hand so it's plainly not rusted through or seized, but it doesn't stay up, so the internal mechanism is busted somehow. Has been repaired in a similar way years ago so I know it's doable - I just don't have the time or handy-man-ness to do it these days. Prefer not to replace the whole thing, just fix it.

Recliner seat & back keeps jamming/ stopping, as does the home button, head rest recliner, light and cup holder work ok.
