I got the gas bottle off but the little gold valve from the top of the bottle is stuck

We need our gas meter capped off as we no longer use gas at all. All appliances etc have been removed and we need a licensed plumber to swing past and cap it please so we can remove copper stuck to bricks as were having house rendered.

Need existing dishwasher removed and taken away. New dishwasher (delivered new from retailer to tenant's residence) needs to be plugged in and pipe reaffixed. Need qualified electrician for the job. Bunnings offers this service for $150. What do you think?

I have a new Aldi cook top that came wired with a 10 amp lead but it can be hard wired to a 32amp connection. I already have 32amp wired and ready to go. It's a Stirling Brand, model STR-GIC60M02. It replaces and old one that is broken.
