Fascia: has an approx 9cm gradient Sides: looking to enclose with sheet metal or Colorbond. Happy to discuss your ideas if you can recommend something better. We will cover costs of all materials. Another basin hot/cold taps will be changed to mixer for the sink basin. Will provide the new tap mixer for basin sink and new tap fixtures for front loader. I’ve recently moved into a new house and haven’t noted 2 issues that need fixing with my laundry taps. 1) the cold water tap that the washing machine attaches to doesn’t work therefore I have my washing machine attached to the hot water which isn’t good for my clothes 2) there is a leak coming from either the tap or the pipes under laundry basin when the washing machine is on- can’t seem to work out where it’s coming from 3) shower head constantly leaks and needs to be looked at!
