There is a bunk bed/study table on the first floor , this needs to be removed and brought to ground floor. Then need to install a game desk IKEA FREDDE which is on a flat pack on the ground floor, which needs to be carried upstairs and installed. - Due date: Needs to be done on Tuesday, 18th Jan 2022

Need to fix few holes and do touch-ups, The house is vacant so no restrictions. Time can be arranged early in the morning or late afternoon or anytime over the weekend. I will remove the switch as well so that holes can be fixed as well. - Due date: Flexible

Bosch SPS60M08AU dishwasher; has E-15 error; seems like the anti-flood detector has triggered (tipping the unit 45 degrees results in a small amount of water coming out the back, the unit will then have the error cleared). Seems like a known fault from either the spry arm or side tank? Need an experienced dishwasher tech to diagnose. Dishwasher is easy to access and slide out from under bench. Flexible with time/date. I would expect $100 would cover a quick diag/part swap over and any parts would be in addition.

The front door has about .5 cm gap at the top and the architraves are really ugly so after new ones before they get painted. Also door has been oiled an still squeaks
