Damage includes: Small plaster chip beside door frame. Damaged wall corner/edge. Medium-sized dent/chip in wall. Scuff marks and minor wall damage around entry area.

Leaky taps in kitchen sink, laundry & shower room to be rectified.

Water flow on the first floor is weak — both showers or taps cannot be used simultaneously. Hot water on the first floor is only lukewarm, while the ground floor has no issue.

I have 3 small stumps to be removed and some roots from a bush tree that was previously there to be all removed. The roots area small tree keep growing back.
