Work includes: Patch and repair multiple dents, chips and holes in plaster walls. Repair damaged corner/edge of wall. Repair chipped plaster section near doorway. Fill, sand and prepare all repaired areas. Colour match existing white paint as closely as possible. Paint repaired areas and blend into surrounding wall. Clean up after completion. Damage includes: Small plaster chip beside door frame. Damaged wall corner/edge. Medium-sized dent/chip in wall. Scuff marks and minor wall damage around entry area.

Leaky taps in kitchen sink, laundry & shower room to be rectified.

Water flow on the first floor is weak — both showers or taps cannot be used simultaneously. Hot water on the first floor is only lukewarm, while the ground floor has no issue.

I have 3 small stumps to be removed and some roots from a bush tree that was previously there to be all removed. The roots area small tree keep growing back.
