I’ve recently moved into a new house and haven’t noted 2 issues that need fixing with my laundry taps. 1) the cold water tap that the washing machine attaches to doesn’t work therefore I have my washing machine attached to the hot water which isn’t good for my clothes 2) there is a leak coming from either the tap or the pipes under laundry basin when the washing machine is on- can’t seem to work out where it’s coming from

Fix hot water system as hot water is not consistent and either too hot or too cold from two showers. Hot water not coming from 3 basin pipes. 1 leaking laundry pipe.

Hello, There's a slope in front of my house that leads to the porch. Any one has any ideas that doesn't cost much to build it to some steps that we can walk to the porch.
