The shower is leaking. The shower taps need to be replaced. I would appreciate if you can recommend a tap so that I can get it from Bunnings. I am thinking of getting something like this: "Mondella Resonance Chrome 1/2 Turn Cross Handle Wall Top Assembly Set". The current taps are pretty old, maybe 25 years or more. Saturday or Sunday mornings would be good.

Washing machine taps need to be fixed as they are leaking

a dividing wall has been built but it hasn't gone completely to the window so there are gaps we need to fill to make both rooms more sound proof. the wall is butted up against the metal frames of the window leaving 4 separate gaps to be filled - approx each 170x130x550 mm. It is also on an angle so each gap is slightly different in size

We have some rotten stringers (steps) and palings (30) and we’d like to replace and fix keeping the same style. Steps are 1.4m height x 2.6m long and 1.2m wide. Would like to rebuild with treated pine and use merbu steps (0.5 thick). Palings are 65mm wide.
