Minor Wall Repairs & Paint Touch-ups I’m preparing my apartment for sale and need help with minor wall repairs and paint touch-ups. Scope of work includes: - Patching and repairing / filling holes from wall mounts, screws, photo frames and minor damage - approximately 15-20 spots. 1x tv mount 3x furniture mounts 2x heater mounts 7x photo hooks/ small holes 1 x minor damage to wall corner 3x small areas where skirting board removed 1x area where intercom has been replaced See attached photos (not including all as most furniture is still mounted) - Patch, sand and touch up with paint each item - Paint touch-ups to match existing wall colour (paint will be supplied) Damage is minor overall, but varies in size (small nail holes to slightly larger patches from mounts / skirting board removal). Additional details: - Walls are standard painted plasterboard - I want the finish to look clean and presentable for inspections/photos - Please bring your own tools and materials (including plaster) - Experience with patching and paint matching preferred Location: Richmond

There is an amplifier that needs swapping it’s plug and play with the current amplifier There is also 4 walls speakers that need to be removed and swapped with the new units. The current brackets will need to be removed and the new speaker brackets will need to be fitted 3 out of the 4 speakers will be into brick and one into timber The speakers will also need the wiring connected. Again, this is a LFL system so not complicated You will need a big ladder as they are situated about 3.5m off the ground in a warehouse

New townhouse. Euro laundry needs one final sand and coat. Need to patch a hole created by electrician, some touchup around stairs, one side wall sanded and final coat. One section next to door sanded and final coat. Paint provided. Happy to pay daily rate for experience painter

Hi! I have a GHD Gold hair straightener that has stopped working after I dropped it. When I plug it in, it flashes red and beeps and won’t heat up. We need a painter to touch up a few small paint chips on our white apartment walls. There are 5 locations in total, mostly inside cupboards and a couple in the living room area.
