I have heavy black granite/engineered stone bench tops in my kitchen and bathroom. The task involves removing these from the top of the existing cabinetry. I’m keeping the existing cabinetry so the job would need to be done without much damage to the cabinets. The stone is likely attached to the top of the cupboards by silicon and perhaps screws up into the baseboard of the cabinets. Price should include removal and disposal of the bench tops

Two taps that need to be fixed Tap 1: Is loose and is no longer sitting attached to the sink. The parts are still in tact and can still disburse water. Just need this one to be tightened in place. Tap 2: Is leaking, water at the spout, needs to be sealed so water doesn't leak out.
