Looking for someone to do some fixes in my bathroom - replace shower head and fix leaking taps. I am recovering from a broken leg, so am unable to do the job myself or provide a great deal of support. I imagine it would be best for someone to come by my place to assess what’s needed for tap fix and double check dimensions for the new shower head, then go out and purchase necessary items at Bunnings etc. See image attached of replacement shower head I would like if it fits. Budget is inclusive of expenses. Then return to complete the fixes. If available today (Wed 1) that would be excellent.

Pretty simple task but I’d prefer someone with a little experience, otherwise I will DIY. Just need muscles and some care.

Need one tree about 4-5 m high cut down to stumps. Leave roots. Remove foliage

I have been sent an ergonomic gaming chair with no instructions and when asked to provide them, the company refused to co-operate. have never assemble any sort chair before and need help. Installation of flat pack

Lower a 46kg heat pump dryer down one floor via a void on ropes/straps (you provide) and install on shelf in laundry. Laundry is close to staircase/void on lower floor. Dryer will sit on hip height shelf. No drilling required. Must fix drainage hose (provided) that will drain into laundry sink next to dryer. I think this is definitely a two person job. We have had larger/heavier items lowered through the void by removalists when we moved in so issues with the dryer fitting. Just need two strong people with appropriate ropes/straps. The dryer is already here and unboxed. Pic 1 shows void next to stairs from above and pic 2 is dryer currently resting in front of railing in front of void.

Taps are dripping. One of them is also leaking from the base of the tap (see photo). I suspect it’s just a matter of replacing the washers, but it could be more complicated?

Painting of frameworks of doors and windows incomplete following renovation last year. Hoping you can finish the job in short amount of time. Paint will be provided.

The water has stopped coming out of both taps at the sink..

My ornamental pear trees need about 3m cut off the top but they are to high for us to get on ladder We need done soon as it’s spring!

Seal gaps between cabinet walls and floor to stop mice getting in the house. Need done for three areas - behind fridge and washing machine and skirting

Some cracks and gaps need to be filled with caulking. Only 3-4 bigger gaps (see photos). And there are a bit of gap to fill near the fireplace too. The others are just finer lines. I would like to have them all filled. Thank you.

Need some work done to the concrete floor: -cut and polish 2 strips approximately 3 metres. -buff and seal the whole floor approximately 50square meters No hurry - to be complete sometime next week from 12th of May onwards

I need a tidy Render to finish off to brick pier caps around a post 2.5 x 2 bricks , finish off to smooth surface to be then painted

Laundry taps need to be moved to a lower position on the same line so that they sit under joinery that will be going in. Shown in images.
