When the cold taps are opened, the pipes underneath the house (1960s on stumps), make a loud noise. I'm assuming some saddle mounts have come loose or something. Access to underneath from laundry manhole inside the house. Not sure if there is a side access gate on external wall (I'll check).

Hi I need the following plumbing works done please 1. Removal and capping of taps as shown with x's. 2. New water source/taps underneath trough as shown with circles. This is for the new washing machine. Small washing machine taps required and plumber to supply. (Not fussed at what they look like) 3. Stove top gas capping 4. Water outlet and drain capped for kitchen bench. The island bench will be removed in the future (another job). Removal of pipes connecting to dishwasher too, no reconnection needed. We will need connecting of the water outlet and drain, and gas stove in the future, however that is for the future. Thanks.

There are some older taps that are leaking constantly. Looking for someone to have a look and fix, or replace (if need be). I have no experience doing this and if there are rust or complications I’m afraid I’ll make it worse.

I have a bathroom sink and kitchen sink that require their mixers replaced. There is no issue with the functionality of the tap itself. The bathroom mixer’s lever has broken off. The kitchen mixer is being replaced so it can have an extender.

Tap is leaking in bathroom. I’ve replaced the O-Ring, Seal and Valve and it’s still leaking. Presuming it could be the seat? There’s also a small leak from the piping that needs to be addressed. Need it done this weekend.
