I have been sent an ergonomic gaming chair with no instructions and when asked to provide them, the company refused to co-operate. have never assemble any sort chair before and need help. Lower a 46kg heat pump dryer down one floor via a void on ropes/straps (you provide) and install on shelf in laundry. Laundry is close to staircase/void on lower floor. Dryer will sit on hip height shelf. No drilling required. Must fix drainage hose (provided) that will drain into laundry sink next to dryer. I think this is definitely a two person job. We have had larger/heavier items lowered through the void by removalists when we moved in so issues with the dryer fitting. Just need two strong people with appropriate ropes/straps. The dryer is already here and unboxed. Pic 1 shows void next to stairs from above and pic 2 is dryer currently resting in front of railing in front of void.

Taps are dripping. One of them is also leaking from the base of the tap (see photo). I suspect it’s just a matter of replacing the washers, but it could be more complicated?

Some cracks and gaps need to be filled with caulking. Only 3-4 bigger gaps (see photos). And there are a bit of gap to fill near the fireplace too. The others are just finer lines. I would like to have them all filled. Thank you.

Need some work done to the concrete floor: -cut and polish 2 strips approximately 3 metres. -buff and seal the whole floor approximately 50square meters No hurry - to be complete sometime next week from 12th of May onwards

Laundry taps need to be moved to a lower position on the same line so that they sit under joinery that will be going in. Shown in images.

Need taps replaced completely as left tap is now completely loose on the thread. May as well replace the other tap and spout as they're old anyway.

Wanting to have two stone/(unsure which exactly it’s made of) bench tops removed- one in kitchen (diagram of approx measurements attached) and one in bathroom (l250 x 60cm width approx) (shown in pictures). Wanting to have the bench top removed while keeping the cabinets intact (as will be installing new bench top on these cabinets). Wanting to have all stone taken away as part of job . Am in an apartment so will need to take stone down one flight of stairs to your trailer outside
