Shower just dribbles out water even when I turn both taps to the very end. Every other tap/faucets in the house work normally. Having issues with both two wall lamps in our unit even though we’ve already bought new ones and replace old ones with them. For the past week, they were just blinking and finally went off today. The story is we do have purchased three new lights, but all of them do not work which is quite unusual for us because whenever we replace old ones with new lights in the past, they have been working very well. So I double the issues are with our apartment voltage or something else instead of my light bulbs or lamps. I also attach the type of lamps for your reference. Thanks
