Interested in getting hot and cold water taps put into this outdoor wall. The kitchen sink is on the other side of it so much of the plumbing is already in place. Not even sure if feasible, but keen if it's possible.

Tiling front steps. Surface of cement sheet face not directly matching to concrete face but can build up as needed. Tiles, glue, grout provided. Need to bring cutter or I can hire one. Approx 6sqm. I have 7.5sqm of tiles. Tiles 300x600. Need completed ASAP.

New floorboards were installed but there are gaps between the stairs and the wall. Looking to have the gaps caulked in a colour matching the skirting board/wall. The skirting board/wall is painted Whisper White by Dulux. The measurements of the steps are about L 27CM and W92-96CM. The stair case is about 481cm from bottom to top stair. The square landing at the bottom of the steps measurements L218CM and W97cm.

Brand new washing machine needs to be connected to taps. Remove 2 old blinds and then install new ones which are inside window jabs and width is 2210mm.

The other needs to be cut for length, but also to have cutouts made for the sink and stove top. I have all of the materials, but you will need to bring your own tools. Remove these two trees completely and their stumps need to be grinded and taken out. There is laneway access for your vehicle, it is moderately narrow and one way. Can use a garage to some degree to do 3 point turn.

My power keeps tripping even with minimal things plugged in

I am essentially looking for a carpenter and a plumber. I want to replace my bathroom countertop and sink, the new countertop would need fixed in the same location as the current. The new sink would be installed in the same location as the current, I also need the cupboard below brought forward to match the washing machine. Ideally I’d like to keep the drainage under the sink exactly as it is now. I’d also like an open shelf installed above the mirror. I will source all the materials.
