Hi there, I would like to modify an existing table so that it has a lower level for board games (or raise the sides up) so that I can then put a top on and use as a dining table without needing to pack up the board game in the meantime while eating. There are lots online new but they're thousands of dollars which I can't afford. I would love to find a cheap table on FB marketplace (maybe $50-$100) or elsewhere, then have you convert it so that it has the function shown in the photos. It doesn't have to be perfect. If you can source a cheap table that can work like this then I'm also happy with that. So long that it is rectangular and can seat 6 people. Bathroom tap is leaking and needs fixing. Kitchen sink swivel tap doesn’t seem to swivel and needs fixing. Also would like new outdoor tap installed at front of house
