Builder has renovated downstairs toilet and vanity and fallen ill, leaving the work unfinished. Painting currently in progress, what we need is the new tiles to be caulked on top and the toilet to be caulked in. Note, tile grout already completed. Example of the tile top images provided. Please include cost of caulk.

We are renovating and need a new shower head and taps (supplied) installed in our shower/bath. The taps will need long stems as the pipes are recessed in the wall. Replace/clad current laminate bench tops with stone veneer or engineered stone I have a small kitchen with laminate bench tops and would like to have them replaced with stone cladding / stone veneer. I am open to the colour stone, but my preference is lighter colour / looks like marble etc.

My bathroom vanity and shower taps leak, and I’d like them to stop leaking! Presumably the washers or o rings need replacing, but I’m not a plumber so I don’t know. I’m looking for a qualified plumber to come and fix them up for me. Also worth noting: not 100% sure where the water shut off for the apartment is (just moved), so will need help finding that too.
