I have an old beige Clipsal indoor switchboard at home that is functional but very dated-looking. An electrician has recently confirmed there are no safety concerns. I am looking to improve the aesthetics by replacing the switchboard cabinet/enclosure with a modern white surface-mounted enclosure. The existing board is approximately 41.5 cm wide x 27 cm high. I am not looking for a decorative cover over the top, and I am not looking to replace only the front door/facade. I would like the old Clipsal cabinet/enclosure replaced if this can be done safely and compliantly while retaining the existing breakers/components where appropriate. The job should include: 1 supply and installation of a suitable modern white switchboard enclosure/cabinet; 2 transfer/reinstallation of existing breakers/components where compliant; 3 neat labelling; 4 testing; 5 Certificate of Electrical Safety; 6 advice on whether wall patching/painting will be needed if the new enclosure is smaller than the current footprint. The switchboard is indoors and easily accessible. Please only quote if you are a licensed electrician and able to complete the work in accordance with Victorian requirements. Outcome: A clean, modern white switchboard enclosure that looks neater than the current yellowed Clipsal cabinet, without unnecessary full switchboard replacement. We got a plumber come to inspect the leakage issue from the ceiling and been told the water came from the balcony so we need to do seal the gaps between the tiles and paint the ceiling

Two split system air conditioners were installed at our property in Brunswick. At our request, the installer added a pump to each unit so the drainage water could be discharged on the rooftop, avoiding impact on our neighbours.
