I have a timber window frame in my apartment that has cracked/peeling paint and possible minor wood rot. The window also gets very damp in winter and I recently had a millipede come in, so I want the gaps sealed properly. Scope of work: * Scrape and remove loose/flaking paint on the window frame (inside, possibly small touch outside if accessible) * Fill cracks and any minor damaged timber with wood filler * Seal gaps around the frame and glass with appropriate sealant to prevent moisture and bugs getting in * Optional: light sanding and touch-up paint (white) if included This is a first-floor apartment. Inside access is easy. Outside access may be possible with a ladder but only if safe. Looking for someone experienced with basic carpentry/handyman work, especially timber window repairs. Please bring your own tools and materials.

I need to fix Flexi storage wall bracket strips to an apartment wall. The brackets will support bookshelves so securely mounting the brackets is my priority. The space is approx 1800 x 2100. The wall is the interior side of an external wall and some areas are harder to drill than others.

My Ps4 has been having issues when i connect it to the display, sounds will work but the video is very unstable and will not show most of the time. I believe it is due to a loose connection or dodgy hdmi port, may need replacement.
