Our Quell smoke alarm will not stop beeping. We have tried replacing the battery (3 times), vacuuming it, turning off mains power supply, pressing and holding reset for over 15 seconds. It possible needs replacing unless there is something we’re missing… Looking for a licensed electrician (and smoke alarm expert) to come today to help please as the beeping is so loud.

The Samsung 7.5kg front loader washing machine is leaking water when it is in use. A month ago perhaps it was tightened too much and it could just need a rubber stopper. It has a dryer stacked on top of it and I am alone and unable to do troubleshooting or move the dryer off the washing machine. Apart from the leak, the exit filters need any pet hair removed. I will supply the Serial number details in the photos. It is no longer under warranty.

The ducted heater is not working properly, it takes almost two hours to get to the temperature in the living room and kitchen areas, but in the bedrooms it only takes 10 min to heat up. I believe a duct would have disconnected. The heater is located in the roof. Please let me know if it’s something you could help with. Thanks, Everton

I am hoping to find someone who can help to repair my Fisher & Peykel Quicksmart washing machine. It appears to be off-balance, and shakes violently when running. I checked the feet and it had been running fine before, so it isn't a unlevel problem. I also cleaned it, so it shouldn't be a clogged problem. My guess is that the drum is off, but hoping to find an expert to help me fix it in house! Thanks so much!

Our Kogan washing machine is showing Error code E03 - I’ve ran through the steps on the attached screenshot of the error codes. I’ve cleaned the filter but I can’t get the clamp off the sump underneath to see if there’s a block in the actual tube.

We’ve accidentally closed our roller shutter while the window was open and it’s broken. We heard a snapping noise inside. We can hear the motor still working when we turn the button but the blind does not retract.

Washing machine stopped draining and showed error message. Looked over the hose connected to the drain and couldn’t find any blockages

Dishwasher: Domain DW60-B1 I'm getting an error which seems to indicate that water intake is not happening. After about ten minutes, the alarm beeps and no water has entered the unit. Likely the inlet valve?

The propeller behind the filter of the machine is jammed with some materiel that can’t be removed. This causes the machine not to drain. I don’t know if it’s possible to remove the propeller and replace it, or if it would just be cheaper to buy a new machine.

The door handle has snapped off my washing machine. The door wont open and the lock mechanism seems to be on. Needing the handle reconnected or replaced. Washing machine model is Simpson 8kg EZI sensor front loader.

My inbuilt dishwasher is not working properly. The water does not drain and when I turn it on it goes for about 5 minutes then stops and starts beeping. Looking for someone to come around this evening to have a look.
