Seal on Bosch fridge freezer not sealing properly. Have defrosted but still not sealing properly and affecting fridge cooling as well. Downstairs freezer used for drinks etc.

I have an older gate motor (ARCO P/L LI-2B Ver 2.7) that works perfectly via the wired manual button, but the remote range is non-existent. Help with fixing my washing machine please 🙏 It’s frozen half wash - there are clothes in there with a lot of water, but it’s not draining. And the door is locked, so can’t open it. I’ve tried turning it off at the socket. When I turn it back on, the door remains locked. I’ve tried turning it to “drain” or different settings, but it remains idle.

Description: Bosch Rotak 43 electric mower TYP 3600H81340 (240V, 1800W). One of the male power inlet pins has snapped off. Equipment: Oliver 5-vat commercial gas fryer. Issues needing inspection: 1. One fryer vat appears to be leaking oil from the body of the fryer. 2. One fryer pilot ignites but does not stay lit once the knob is switched to ON. Pilot remains on while held down but turns off when released. 3. One fryer ignites normally but periodically shuts off during operation. The fryer is currently running but we want these issues properly diagnosed and repaired. Leather electric 3 seater recliner, 5 years old. One of the 2 recliner seats won’t revert back to default position although the lumbar support and head rest still function.

There’s a fridge that has some shallow dents on it. Would like to try to return the surface to completely flat, if possible!

Freezer not working properly. Appear to be an air flow issue. You will hear the ventilation going on for a bit and then it will stop altogether.

Washing machine turns on and washes clothes normally but does not drain water. Likely issue with the drain pump or drainage pipe. Need inspection and repair.

Washing machine not rinsing or spinning

We have an LG 515GS Fridge freezer. The freezer is no longer freezing and the fridge only cools 15C. It is also intermittently making a rattling noise from the condenser fan. We’d like a quote for a diagnosis repair

We have electric windows in our house (high ceilings) but they are no longer opening fully. Think it is an issue with the actuator jamming.

We have an Aski D3211 dishwasher and it’s stopped draining properly. I can send a video of the issue. Would like it repaired as soon as possible. It sounds like the drain pump is either blocked or starved of water. I’ve tried flushing the drain pipe.

Housemate put a shag rug in my washing machine - it got super tangled and ruined the seal on the machine and I suspect the drum has been thrown out as it's gotten louder when in use.
