Model of the Washing Machine is: Samsung WD85T504DBE (8.5kg-6kg Combo Washer Dryer) We found coin got stuck in the machine and physically sliced through the plastic housing near the drain pump/outer tub (please see the attached photo). It caused a significant leak during our last washing; now all the water has been cleared. I am looking for a technician to identify the exact broken plastic component, source a new replacement part, and install it properly. I am ONLY looking for a proper part replacement and no silicone, glue patching, or temporary fixes. I want the machine restored to a reliable, long-term working condition. We need the washing machine to be done as soon as possible. Since I am travelling overseas on May 23rd. I have a small Omega dishwasher in great condition, with no physical or electronic damage. Unfortunately it’s not draining, though, and I don’t have the tools or knowledge to fix. Hoping someone can swing by and help. Should be a very quick job

Hi there, washing machine is not happy, no matter what setting I put it on makes noise but no water, soon etc

There is no power to my Asko dishwasher. I suspect it has a blown fuse as the associated switch on my switchboard tripped the other day. I’m in St Kilda West, easy parking outside, flexible re time although would prefer soon!

I have Bosch Dishwasher displaying the E-15 error. I am hoping someone can come out to have a look and see if it is fixable / quick fix. It is out of warranty. - Due date: Before Friday, 1 December 2023

The error code E:18 has appeared and the washing machine has stopped working. We attempted to fix ourselves but cannot unscrew the pump cover.
