Electrolux vapour action machine stops at the end of a cycle with E10 error. Water is flowing out of pipe so not blocked. Have cleaned filter. Sometimes works sometimes doesn’t. Is ruining our lives. Please help

Our washing machine appears to have become unbalanced. When washing heavier items such as towels, the machine will continuously pause throughout the cycle - especially during the spin cycle. It has also become excessively noisy, again especially during the spin cycle. We’re hoping it can be repaired rather than replaced.
