Replace old taps and replace

I have 2 plumbing issues: 1. Our wall mounted bathroom taps are leaking. They are quarter turn taps. I believe they need a 1/2-inch ceramic disc cartridge (but I am not 100% sure if this). Please refer to photos. 2. Our toilet is very slow to fill after flushing. It is an in wall cistern but I’m not sure if the brand or model. I have popped off the flush button cover and I can see one of the inlet pipe joins are leaking. Again photos attached.

Need to change taps in kitchen and Laundry

A few different types of filling and sealing gaps in our roof required, all to hopefully prevent rodent/possum entry. Firstly one corner where tiles meet, small amount of concrete filler required, them some expandable filler for other small gaps. All flashing needs to be stuck down and finally metal panels in roof above porch/front entry need to be fixed down. It's a 2 storey town house but all work is on the lower level. The place is only 4 years old, so not after flashing to be replaced, just fixed down. Not exactly sure how much this should cost so happy to discuss.
