Need to stop dripping taps in shower. Washers were replaced about 3 months ago but taps are now dripping again.... apparently need to reseat taps 🤷🏻‍♂️- hot and cold in shower. This is a rental property so need to have a qualified plumber to stop taps dripping - both Hot and Cold in shower. Property is in Black Rock. As Explained above the washers need replacing BUT more importantly the tap needs to be shaved and reseated so the new washers are not destroyed/ripped/damaged when turning tap spindle.
