I am looking for a plumber to help with: Replace wall mixer tap in bathroom basin (concealed type) Replace wall mixer tap in shower area (concealed type) Replace existing shower set with new rail The current mixers are working fine (no leakage), but the handles are worn and I want to upgrade to matte black tapware. I have not purchased the tapware yet planning to buy in the next few days. Before I buy, I’d like advice on: Whether only trim kits (handle + plate) are sufficient or if full mixer replacement is required Photos attached for reference. There are 2 taps that I need changed in my house, I will supply the taps but need someone to replace them. I have attached the relevant photos.

We have a leak on our bathroom ceiling. Appears to be caused by some cracked roof tiles on the roof above. Need a roofer to replace the cracked roof tiles and assess if the leak might be caused my something else. Also need to seal the gap between the roof and the attic (about 5-6cm) - see pics. I can provide replacement roof tiles - qualified trade to provide all other materials.

Hi, I need someone to come and tile a small part of my shower that had plumbing done and also to put on new taps - taps are in the box they just need to be put on. I’m not fussed about the tiles being the same colour - it just needs to be functional.

I have an old freestanding gas stove cooktop (still works and has been disconnected) that I need removed and disposed of (or you can keep it). It's located upstairs on the first floor of an apartment building, there is no lift available.

The washer/seal inside the tap needs to be replaced, so all you need to do is 1st make sure the main water to the apartment is turned off. 2nd- unscrew the middle cap on each tap handle.(usually there is a hot or cold symbol on it. 3rd- remove the handle. 4th- unscrew the steal rod out from the wall and there you will see a washer or seal. Take that to bunnings and they will show you which one to buy. 5th place it all back the same way you took it off.
