Our hero today! We hadn’t worked out we’d need specialist help to disconnect a dishwasher (and as it turns out a washing machine too!) amidst an interstate move! The moving team were in and we couldn’t get our white goods out! I jumped on airtasker and Laivy came and saved the day! He was very punctual for a last minute job - even shuffling his schedule to help us! If that wasn’t enough he went over and above and helped out with the washing machine too which wasn’t in the task description! Cannot recommend him enough! We've been having some trouble with the dishwashers touch panel. We checked the owners manual for the model Number: 484497 DISHWASHER DW16.2-D5646S ASK. This is what we have found - it's an Asko brand dishwasher. It is quite a few years old. It works well except for the touch panel being very temperamental. Most likely think we need a replacement touch panel with a new one. We are located in Carnegie and access is excellent. - Due date: Needs to be done on Thursday, 25 January 2024

We need the sink fixed to the bench, then the sink drain pipes including sink plug / inserts fitted and then mixer fitted. Need the dishwasher hooked up to the cold supply. We have all the mixer fittings.and some of the sink waste including the s-trap. You will need to provide any intermediate interconnect fittings/isolating valves or we can supply once we know what you need. The well of the dishwasher starts to flood if the inlet tap is kept on. The flooding has tripped the sensor and it always displays E4 error. The dishwasher is fixed in a cabinet within the kitchen. It needs to removed, check for flooding, drain/remove excess water if present, check sensor, check inlet valve and identify the issue. Dishwasher will not turn on or drain, Oven will turn on but wont heat (might be just helping me set up timer because there are no instructions), stove has dials that snapped off because it ceased up after being idle too long, they were replaced however around the wrong way, cannot get working or see if gas is connected. Want to understand how big the problem is. All fairly new appliances (5-8 years old).
Erick completed task in less than 24hrs since task was posted including ordering parts. Extremely clear communicator and very friendly. He was very honest and informative in his approach. He knew exactly what was wrong as soon as he looked at the appliances because he is a mechanical engineer specialising in appliances. You can tell he knows the all the different models and how they work off the top of his head. Would 100% recommend.

We have an Ikea kitchen and we have a new door to install onto the integrated dishwasher. The hardware is all already on the door, it just needs to be connected to the dishwasher door and aligned. When we try and install, it rubs against an adjoining cabinet. - Due date: Flexible
