Remove existing vanity unit. Supply and install new basin unit on legs in the same position without making any new holes on the wall.Can we use mixer or we must change it?

I am looking for a plumber to help with: Replace wall mixer tap in bathroom basin (concealed type) Replace wall mixer tap in shower area (concealed type) Replace existing shower set with new rail The current mixers are working fine (no leakage), but the handles are worn and I want to upgrade to matte black tapware. I have not purchased the tapware yet planning to buy in the next few days. Gap in shower screen causing water to leak into tiles

Shower head leaking, new taps need replacement.

I have two tasks to fix at the same address in Carnegie: 1. A shower head in the bathroom has been leaking. The leaking shower head has been placed in a bucket and it has been filling up quickly. ** update - I’ve added some images of the taps 2. The clothes rack in the bedroom has come unstuck as one side has broken. Happy to fix (preferred) or replace.

Water keeps flowing into toilet and making a continuous noise after flushing. Older style toilet.

We have 2 toilets that can be very noisy and produce a hissing or shrieking sound. Usually after flushing, but can keep on for hours.

Would love a qualified plumber to fix my toilet seat cover that has broken off from the hinge and also fix the intermittent flushing sound. The sound occurs roughly every half an hour to an hour or so and makes a sound like it’s been flushed. Hope you can help! ASAP would be perfect x

Looking for a handyman or plumber with experience who can work out why the cistern keeps filling for no apparent reason in our ensuite bathroom toilet. We have to turn the tap off to stop the water running. Before flushing we turn the water back on. Does it need some kind of replacement parts or kit? Please see photos attached. If any parts are needed, please just provide a receipt or tax invoice and we will pay extra for this.
