Problem- suddenly stopped giving hot water and making a whizz noise from the unit. I turned the knob of gas supply and whizz noise was stopped and hot water is not working as before. Need help with fixing of gas hot water unit stopped working. When you can come along with quote will be helpful.

Older style ground floor apartment has a hot water pipe burst identified by the leak detector as attached. Need to remove bricks, fix the pipe and put the bricks back on. Clean up the site. I am flexible with time, sooner the better.
