The tenant has advised the heating is no longer working properly and the temperature will not increase past 16°C, even when set higher (currently set to 21°C). Hot water is still working normally, so the issue appears to only affect the heating system. We have purchased a new asko fitted dishwasher (as old one broke). Need old dishwasher removed and new one fitted (and levelled) below the kitchen benchtop. Old dishwasher may need acessing via removing (then replacing) back kitchen panel (which will need to be recorked if removed) to reduce the height of the rear foot on the dishwasher (as I wasn't able to just remove the dishwasher as expected ) Other work required: Once dishwasher is fitted - reapply the kick board, and re-cork around kitchen panels.

Water from my bathroom is making the wall in my builtin wardrobe wet and a mould start developing on the surface. This may be due to water from the shower getting through the grout or something else I need a specialist (plumber, experience handyman) to assess the situation before working on it.
