Hi, I need a plumber/handyman to fix a water leak in my rental property bathroom. The issue is as follows: - Water is leaking through the sealing around the showerhead faucets and tap into the wall behind. - Water may also be leaking through the sealing of the bathtub. This leak is causing water to cascade downstairs and is draining into the downstairs toilet. Tasks Include: Need someone to seal the faucets, tap, bathtub and or anything else thats causing the water to leak to the floor underneath when someone is taking a shower.

External garage Tin roof is rusted and has a slight dip where water is ponding and leaking. Needing a plumber to replace and fix leaks. Flashing also needs to be installed around the parapet wall

Change water filters over under the sink.

My shower head has water spraying out from around the connections as well as from the shower head itself. It might need to be tightened or a washer replacement. Looking for someone to supply washers (if needed) and tools. Please advise price and when the job can be done - we are flexible

I need to move the waste pipe in our kitchen approx 0.5m (through brick vaneer), and move washing machine taps in our laundry approx 1m. Both have very easy access. I'm looking for licensed plumbers only please.
