Hi, I have a leaking bathroom basin. The issue is with the white flexible waste pipe underneath (as shown in the photo). I need a plumber to remove the flexible hose and install a proper, solid plastic P-trap or Bottle trap to fix the leak permanently. The space inside the vanity drawer is quite tight, so someone with the right tools and experience is preferred. Looking for a Fixed Price quote including standard materials. Tap in the kitchen needs quick repair

I have purchased a replacement sink for an outdoor kitchen. I need the old one uninstalled and removed, then the new one (already purchased) installed. I would also like a proper hard plastic pipe to be installed to run the waste out. It's currently got a flexible rubber hose for this and it's unreliable. Note: the sink shown in the images is the old one that needs to be unscrewed and unattached from the fitting. The new one is in a box brand new.

Disconnect cooktop, disconnect kitchen tap and dishwasher. Reconnect cooktop in the same spot, on the new benchtop . New kitchen sink and tap fitted and to be connected in the same spot where the sink was . Reconnect the same dishwasher back in the same spot where it was before.
