I have purchased and assembled the Windoware awning from Bunnings. It is assembled. I am having trouble using my hammer drill to drill into the bricks and need someone with a better drill to come and help. 14mm drill bit. The job is installing the brackets (four holes into brick and fixing the brackets) and then fitting the blind is literally lifting it into the bracket and fastening the bolts. I’ve attached photos of the instructions and the assembled blind so you know what you’re working with - Due date: Flexible

A shop awning underside has been repaired and needs painting. The underside is 8.5m x 3m, Fascia 8.5m x 0.3m, also the front of the shop above the window. Need 2 coats for painted surfaces. Pep required on pre-painted is washing and removing flaking paint. Dates and timing can be negotiated. The cafe is closed Mon & Tues and closes around 3 pm when open. Painting matt black will supply the paint.

First story render needs patching and painting - Due date: Flexible

Remove existing verandah wooden post which is rotten at its base. Replace by 90×90 mm (about 2.30 m length) cypress post that I have on site already. Post will need to be cut to fit under the verandah beams and the beams will need temporary support. To replace the post, a couple of wooden boards under the verandah roof will need to be removed and then put back in place. No need to paint, I will do it later. I had a team of 4 guys install insulation on Thursday and they removed tiles to access the roof and perform the work. They told me the put the tiles back and it should be water tight but I’m skeptical as there are a couple of tiles on our garage (not on the roof area) and it’s raining heavy this Tuesday - don’t want water getting in. I need an experienced roofing person to check this area was put back correctly and is water tight as we are heading into winter. Needs to be done before Tuesday due to storm predicted then. Can i please have quote on render job for our property. Its mainly brick but also some Blueboard. I'd like it in two tone with garage and columns in monument and the rest in surfmist. Note. All Blueboard is in monument Please supply all trim and advise material and number of coats for a full finish. Edit. Just facade and a small 2 meter return on the gate side of the front.
