One long pool fence, currently green needs a refresh and we would like it black.

New side paling fence which needs to be painted. Approx 23m long x 1.8m high. 2-3 coats needed.

We just had new steel windows installed. We are looking for someone to install flashing around the perimeter of the windows and conceal the gap (inside and out) between the two triangle panes. Unpainted or black flashing will suffice, as we can paint it later.

Please don’t ask for pics , it’s impossible to take pictures of walls & ceilings!! The walls and ceiling have no damage and therefore basically no preparation. It’s my own home and it’s kept immaculate and was only painted two years ago. General painting of some walls, ceiling, and other small areas that are required. 3 walls Ceilings 1 large, 3 medium, 2 small 5doors 2 window touch up 2 small plaster repairs Paint concrete with jet dry 8x4 & 2x 2 (approx) small area. Was done 2 years ago, just require touch ups.

One cupboard-600m by 2.5 metres. Gaps and sanding need to be prepped. Not painted. Easy job for the right person.

Patching of plaster in photos attached. You will need to supply 4 sheets of 2400x1200 plaster for the bedroom cupboard. I have plaster for the patches. Install and stopping up. No sanding

I need a brick fence painted. I already have paint and will supply anything else needed. Price is for labour only. Fence is about 12m x 2m. It is already powerwashed and ready to paint. Inside will be painted white and will need two coats. Outside will be painted dark and might need one or two coats depending on how the first coat comes up. There is some foliage on the inside. The house has already been painted and windows cleaned so I am wary of overspray and would prefer a roller. It might also require a trip to Bunnings, which is less than 10 minutes away, if extra paint is required. Let me know if any questions! 🙂

I need a total of 45m of fence painted charcoal. This need to be done prior to 28th of January - either on a Wed, Fri or weekend.
